Hello to all

Postby augie on Fri Mar 14, 2003 9:58 pm

I came here quite a while ago, but being on a dial up and with your rich graphics, I basically got drunk while waiting for the d/l. :-x Now that I have high speed cable, I'm back

This is a great site with wonderful people. I actually think I recognize some aliases. Like dlt. I am disabled, so as you can see by my alias, I get to a few sites on a daily basis.

I hope that I can help the new ones, as I have only been on the net since last May after having some rather interesting experiences.

Believe it or not, I have 2156 posts to look through :ohmy

I am going to have a new learning curve to make a sig like you all. Beautiful!!!

Regards

Welcome Augie! :yesnod:
Whenever I see an old lady slip and fall on a wet sidewalk, my first instinct is to laugh. But then I think, what if I was an ant, and she fell on me. Then it wouldn't seem quite so funny.

Thanks for the welcome. It was not your fault that I was on dial up, I actually had a half decent time. However, I think my liver paid a price  Man your fast, seeing you are -5 GMT, where are you located?

I guess it really doesn't matter. Erm, should check the FAQ'S. I just got sick of those kiddie places where they razz you for being an idiot and at the time I didn't know better.

Yea, I just hope that I can afford it in the long run. Had to make some lifestyle changes to do it. However, it's worth it :yesnod:

And my alias does not reflect the # of sites. I tried to reregister here, as augie 35, but it wouldn'd take it since I was already registered :embarrassed: It is friday :) lol

Hey Augie. I agree with you on that... after going to high speed, I don't know if I could ever go back myself.

Welcome again... good to have you on board.

Hi Augie and welcome back. I remember your addy and when you posted before on the forums. The world is a different place when you have broadband. Have a look around the forums and you should find some interesting downloads or some good advice. On our forum there is not such a thing as a stupid question, so feel free to ask anything you want, and our team will be only too willing to help. Hope to see you around.
all the best :yesnod:

Isn't that the truth! Great to see you back again. And I do remember you. :)
