Helix CMS needed

I am building a website for a friend and he wants to show videos in a youtube style manner, however the server he is on is not VPS or dedicated so he is stuck with using helic instead of ffmpeg. I need a video CMS that will run off the helix engine apposed to ffmpeg.?
Any ideas?
