How To Post A Question In Our Forums
SEARCH
The first thing to do is a search to see if the same question has been answered already. Search can be found at the top of the page just under "PRONETWORKS."
Click Search. Then under Search Query, type in key words for your problem (e.g. rebooting problems, virus help, etc.). Try to use no more than 5 words.
Then under Search Options, select a Forum, e.g. Windows Support. This reduces the number of posts to search through.
If you are not able to locate your problem or need more help, then post your query.
POST
To post, first select the proper forum.
Examples: For any Windows related problem, go to the Windows Support Forum

If you have a virus, go to the Security Center

At the top left of the page, click on New Topic. Now you can start a new "thread" (series of posts on one topic).
Type in a short title in the Subject line. In the Message body type your problem as clearly as you can. State your computer components and operating system. Tell us what you were doing when the problem occured, or of any hardware or software changes you have recently made.
At the very bottom of the page, click on Preview and check for spelling errors. If you are satisfied, just scroll down again and hit Submit. You will get a message stating that your post has been entered.
Now you can go back to the same forum (e.g. Windows Support) and your post will appear as the Last Post.
REPLY
Watch and check back for replies. To reply to someone, you can click on Post Reply at the botom of the page, Preview, and Submit.
