I've been slowly teaching myself how to use the Gimp (from Gimp and Photoshop tutorials) and as you can see I've gotten somewhat better with time. It expecially helps me getting suggestions from others because at times I can be a tad uncreative. I really do enjoy doing these graphics stuff (even if I am not the best).

Thank you very much. I am sure that I would prefer Photoshop as well and I might buy it but you know $$$.

I think it would have a better "view" (for lack of a better word....lol) if you centered both lines of text.

It looks great how it is, just my "adcopy" training kicking in..........................lol

What does everyone think of my newest sig??? I personally really like that Vista Background and I think it looks really cool on a sig. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just to let anyone who is having trouble making borders in the gimp know: the way you do it is you set your sig size to the size you want then you make the actual image inside 2 pixels smaller (height and width) then you fill the background layer in as black and you have got yourself a border.

I like how you were able to get one of those Vista backgrounds.......... the text is a bit much though..... have you thought of reducing the font size and possible choosing another font? Also, if you reduce the font size, you can "slew it" to the lower right/left and preserve some of the view, if that's what you're after
