I am assuming they use the same images on maps.google.com. I am using my laptop, and it won't run google earth. Since I am going to be installing XP on my new system today, I won't be able to search for it until later. If it is on maps.google.com satellite view, then it will just take a bit longer to find.

The yellow arrow wouldn't work otherwise.

If you know the country you can likely end up guessing the yellow arrow.

It's one of the things you'd definately want to see if you go to this place. While it's not detailed enough on the map, believe me when I say you'd want to see it when visiting the country. There's nothing else quite as dramatic on earth as this place.

Here's another hint... if you live in this country you're likely Catholic ;)

If you know your human geography, that eliminates A LOT of places.

I have a question. In Google Earth, I just enabled the lat/lon grid and when you say less than 15 degrees North, does that apply for the grid? Like, what I've been doing is putting the top at N15 and then just scanning that. Is that what you mean?

I haven't tried that... but I can go look. Regardless you shouldn't have a spot above 15N... it's below that mark.
