Alrighty folks... votes were talied... here's the answer to day 2.

South New Zealand, South Pacific. If you said it was Mt. Cook or the Alps, that was acceptable too. Most of you got it, and those who didn't had some good guesses though.

Day 3 Coming Soon.

Here's the Day 3 image; rated as: Difficult

If you can tell me the country, I'll give you the 5 points. However, if you can tell me what's located at the Yellow arrow, I'll give you 8 points. This one is pretty tough. If you guess the country incorrectly or if you guess what's at the yellow arrow incorrectly, you'll loose a point per guess. If you can get it though, you can get ahead of the group here big time. You DO NOT have to guess what's at the yellow arrow, you can guess just the country if you want.

Hints:
-It is in the northern hemisphere by less than 15 degrees North
-It's very famous, but it's also remote
-When this item is rated it's at the top of the list (for now)

Updated - ANSWER: Venezuela, South America - The Yellow Arrow is famous Angel Falls, the tallest waterfall in the world (currently), located at 6 degrees North.

Anyone have a clue yet? Or is everyone off using google earth to find a similar cloud pattern? LOL

BTW, just in case you all are wondering... it took me half an hour to locate this exact spot, and I knew what I was looking for. That's why I'm giving up to 3 extra points for the yellow arrow spot.

I had to find the geographic coordinates to find the place ;) Once you figure out the country though, it might be easier. I did leave the rivers/lakes/mountains in place on purpose.

Since it's the first difficult one, we can talk about it... you can ask questions and I'll answer them (in some form).

Only the emailed answer is final... any guesses here aren't. I do suggest if you think you know it though to not post it, else you'll give it away to everyone else too ;)

Is it one of those remote islands that barely shows up on maps?

Ok I can say it's (the spot I've put above) definately NOT an island. However, the country itself does touch a large body of water.
