That's great news man. Our team's been picking up lately. Geez man, look at netNomad's score. I'm sure you'll catch him pretty quick. Hey, c'mon guys join up! Especially the 64bit ones. You know who you are.

Hello my friends...
To be honest, I have been reading this thread trying to figure out what the ,,,, you are talking about. Think I now have some idea....didnt know that so many people on pronet were so involved...
could you point me toward a good site that explains (in baby language) what you are doing...I would like to know more... I was involved in something simular in the early 80s dealing with AI...
Is the data used for medical study?
Thanks for the thread...

Thanks Rip. Will spend some time there.
EDIT:
Found the site facinating...don't know much about biology, but studied some while in school...LOL
did some personal research on prions recently, so found this project interesting.
joined with a name you might recognize on the forum...
also joined group 13790, hope that is OK...
installed on an old laptop which is online constanly, if it works out, will probably install on a couple newer machines that are also online constantly..
looking forward to seeing how long it takes this laptop to finish the WU.
Have been interested in the genome project for some time, but have not been involved in a couple of years, things sure change fast...
I am running a genome WU on the laptop, if successful, will probably run something concerning protein folding since I am very interested in a project concerning parkinsons.
Thanks for the help, guys. hope to see you in the tea room..

i have it running on my computer in my room and 5 computers at work, although i'm not sure if they're all running it at all times or not due to people closing the program. hopefully, i can keep it running on the desktops here for a while and get a lot done, along with my computer in my room. eventually, i'll have it on another faster computer too, so i'm aiming to catch up to the leaders.

You shouldn't have any problems there. I only have 38 WU's though rip (aka Dave) may have a BIG say in this. Go for a competition.
