I was hoping that a nice game controller (Saitek P2600) might help me with COD4, as this is no MW2 joystick game......
Well, I finally decided to forego the controller after not a whole lot of success (I'm an old Atari joystick kinda guy....) I followed some advice and simply reassigned some mouse buttons (I have a 4 button + scrollwheel mouse) and was finally able to defeat (Pass) the 1st scenario on the game (Obstacle course) I also did the first 2 missions without too much trouble (Read - dying or losing my team) in the Recruit mode. I really like the game storyline and how you sort of tag along and provide support, unless you're a bit braver and head out front, which the game allows also. I'm almost ready to get my (gl)a** handed to me online.....
