I keep getting a serious error message and have tried to find out what is wrong with no luck. Keeps saying PCCPFW.exe needs to close and it only happens when I run my Sims game. I am out of ideas...would appreciate any help I can get....

Trend Micro Personal Firewall is the nasty little culprit. PCCPFW=PC-Cillin Personal Firewall.... Is this a full registered copy of the Sims? If it is a ripped or cracked copy, then I fear you may have a nice Trojan embedded in it that is crashing your firewall. If it is a full paid for and registered copy, I would get yourself a new firewall. I use ZoneAlarm from http://www.zonelabs.com It is free for home use and works very nicely.
