Ok basiclly wgat i need is a web site or a ebook of vcl component description and how to use each of them funkcions like if you write Edit1-> and get a list of components i want to know what each means like what Edit1->Text means Edit1->Caption etc... oh the f1 help doesnt help much. Is this a question about Embarcadero? I've actually never heard of that piece of software before. Is it in Alpha or Beta?

Or is this more of a generic question? Can you post more information?

The history for this piece of software goes like this there was a company Borland then it became CodeGear and now they are named Embarcadero they released builders like Delphi,C++ for object orientated programming so im searching for a manual or a codepedia for it but no luck so far in books there are more information how to program in c++ than about the components themselves

So why use this instead of Microsoft Visual C++ Express? There is probably more documentation, or at least expert users for that product.

because visual studio uses C++/CLI language which in my case is piece of sh*t another thing is that there aren't allot of components for additional use i think i will stick with embarcadero for now

Ah I see, I never have really used any of those languages in any great detail so I didn't even think about that. Yeah, CLI... interesting.
