I have a Lenovo Laptop also.

In case of a hard disk failure or if the Product Recovery program is accidentally deleted from the hard drive or becomes damaged, you can recover using the Product Recovery CD(s), provided with some models or can be ordered on an emergency basis.


[in the middle it says]
If you need to obtain a Product Recovery CD for your system, please contact the Support Center. Please note that there may be a fee involved.


[at the bottom it says]
If a Product Recovery CD was not provided with your computer, contact the Support Center to order a Product Recovery CD for your computer.
