Do you know their animated banner?

Our clients ask us to design an animated banner. But it is very hard for our company to design an animated banner because our company only design the static banner. In order to meet their needs, we have to ask other company to design an animated banner for our clients.So I have searched in the Internet and see that the website <snip-augie admin> has the animated banner design services. But I have not done business with them before. Now I hope someone can help me and give me some advice
