Control Panel on Steroids(and other CLSID's)
Here is an excellent tweak to shorten the Control Panel sub/sub etc. menu mess to get to where you want to go quickly. Unless you know the direct run commands, then this is the next best thing IMO.
Make a new folder anywhere you want, and I mean anywhere and rename it

This works with any Vista/Windows7 version AFAIK. Enjoy.

Pretty sweet. Works in Vista for sure. I will have to add this to my desktop at home (Win7).

So this grabbed my attention and it looks like you can do this with many other things as well. I created shortcuts to different CP items by grabbing the GUID out of the registry.

Yup man, here's the whole list, and probably where all this started, that I found after some digging. I'm not sure that I'll use all those though it's nevertheless interesting.
