By the way I hp site and I got this sp37486 and it won't let me download and windows installation doesn't see it on usb.

The only google hit I get for that model name and number is this how-do-i-install-the-ultimate-on-hp-home-t103107.html
See if you can find the drivers you need at one of the links provided in your previous post.

after running the driver update,it says(The system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update.Update has been cancelled).
