i plan to buy a new case becuse i dont like mine. it is too small and cramped on the inside and its ugly. im going to swap everything over myself. right now i have a 120W power supply. lol. when i buy a new case with a 400W power supply or more will that still work with my mobo? or do i have to swap over the power supply too :( thanks

What kind of motherboard do you have? If your current system has an AT form factor you will have to make sure your new power supply is AT. All new systems are ATX that I know of...

Well you can look at the mobo and see if the power connector on the mobo is two smaller plugs plugged next to each other, or if it is one larger plug. 2 smaller = AT....1 big=ATX Or you can check emachines website with the model of your system.

Alright, then it should work. Is there a reason you feel you need a larger power supply? 120 is small in todays standards but if that is what came with the machine then that's probably all you need. Unless you plan on adding more drives, lights, or other things that need power.
