How much do you think it would cost to bring someone over here to bisit and live? What would they need yo get to come from that coutry?

A plane ticket from Washington to Moscow is as little as $524 round-trip.
As far as the rest, they would need some kind of visa. They have student visas, work visas, etc.

If it's a relative it shouldn't be too hard though I don't know about US law, especially today. If you're looking at Brides R U, then run away, real fast.

The answer to your question varies depending on the laws of the country that you live in. Here in Denmark, the person has to be over 25 years of age, has a college degree, has 50k in bank account, has relatives that are alive.
