(btw.. sorry if this is in the wrong place... I didn't really know where to put it)

I don't own the forum, just a member of it, and just met the lady who owns it last night. But sometimes when I try to get on it, I get this error message.

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Unspecified error

/forum/inc_ipgate.asp, line 61

I don't know much about stuff like that, and was wondering if someone could help me figure out what might be causing it for her. (I'm not getting paid to do it or anything, it's just so aggravating I want to see if I can help her fix it).

first thing to troubleshoot would be is if this happens on multiple machines or just one. (trying to narrow down if it's a server side or client side problem)

This happens on multiple machines. About everyone that goes to the site gets it every now and then.
