I solved the pocket watches one... In the cross of watches, hit the top, left, bottom, and right middle watches. Then hit the middle one twice. Then hit each of the corners once ;)

I also saw that the sundail one was Helios, which can be gotten by using the times from one of Zheng's pictures. The one about gears is "time travel".
