Thoughts?
ASUS M50 Series M50Sa-X1
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5G
15.4" Wide XGA
4GB Memory DDR2
250GB HDD
DVD Super Multi

I mostly surf the net, do photo and movie editing, play music and movies, download and upload large files.
One issue I have right now is that my CPU and memory maxes out whenever I do any intensive graphics applications. That's probably the most memory and CPU-intensive thing I do. I'm not a gamer.
I'm already maxed out at 2G RAM.

That ASUS M50Sa-x1 is quite a nice choice.

Thanks! I just sort of picked it at random from NewEgg's laptop builder. I tried to stick with the most popular specs. I don't really want less then 4G memory and 250G HDD. Other than that, dedicated graphics was important, as well as DVD Multi and no less than 15" widescreen (that's what I have now). Those were easy for me to decide on.
The specs I'm less familiar with and more flexible about are the graphics and processor. I haven't really been keeping up with all the CPU and GPU advances lately (especially on laptops) so that's the one thing I don't know as much about. So I just picked what they had as the most popular ones. I'm flexible on those, though.
