from my old PC i have Antec ,

now i have XFX Nforce 630I mobo with pentium dual core 2.0 GHz, seagate 80 GB SATA 2, xfx geforce 7200GS 256MB, 2x512 RAM DDR 2, my mobo have 24 pin connector, but can i use this PSU with a 20 to 24 pin adaptor(connector)? thanks.

I would get at least a 450 w power supply minimum

I, personally, don't trust the adapters that increase the number of connections on a power supply, you're just stretching what's already there.

I'm with yeshuas. Get yourself a new, more powerful, PSU.
