Wow, I remember tada.wav!!

Chicago was Windows 95's internal development name. I had to look Neptune up, though. Apparently, it was an experimental version of Windows that was being developed for home users to replace Windows 98. After Win2k was released, the development team was shifted over to "Whistler".
