I don't know what possessed me to check my screened email today, but I did and much to my delight there was an email saying that I had won a Guitar!!!!!!!!!!!!! The email was a few weeks old so I thought ok where is it how do I get it my mind was whirling LOL

I had some errands to run so I thought I would go and do those, come back and check to see how and what I needed to do to get it.

I got back and was in the process of getting ready to call and someone knocked on the door.

It was UPS and he had a great big box, Guess what was inside?? LOL

This is too cool, I never won anything before!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah I entered, I actually enter evey week when I remember, and have for many years.

I use to own several guitars, a 1976 Martin HD-28, Fender Stratocaster that I had since 1963, a 1960's Hagstrom hollow body electric 12 string, and a Gibson acoustic 12 string. My ex-wife broke into my house when we were going thru our divorce and sold all of them.

My current wife bought me a 1978 D-35 Guild acoustic 6 string guitar for my birthday about 7 years ago.
The one that I won is the Guild D-V6 and is very similar except for the wood that it is made of.
The 1978 is made of Mahogany back and sides and the new one is Rosewood back and sides, both have a spruce top.
