wow..im impressed that it even stood up in court..plus that little girl shouldnt be posting stuff for dates yet shes just a young girl and theres so many nasty people out there that could come and kidnap her and then what would her parents do? sue each other for who was the most stupid?

That is what's wrong with the system, if anything would happen to the girl after her posting on the internet etc., it would be the parents fault, yet don't they dare punish her for it.
