That is the first option when I right click mine also, I don't see your problem actually.

What was the first option before?

Click on the arrow next to folders on the left hand side of the window so that the folder pane isn't maximized anymore and it should go back to what it was before.

i think this cause by kavo.exe,ntdeIect.com..if anyone got prob like me,then probably ur pc may infected..

Did you try my suggestion? I opened up Explorer, and when the folder option was expanded, the right click menu had Explore bolded, when it wasn't expanded, Open was bolded.
