I'm pretty sure I've seen some commercial ones on various Template Sites. That's usually where I start my search.

Those templates usually need to be cleaned up a bit code wise, but they might offer you a good start.

I've been looking at them and i actually bought one at one point in time and it didn't work out. I am using Microsoft Expression Web right now trying to create it. But having a hard time understanding the problem. Its supposed to be pretty easy, but I think I maybe reading in too deep and just making it hard on myself.
