A bit of background first, first thing that happened was that both the virus db update and the e-mail scanner were not functioning. I finally traced it down to both of those modules were not allowed internet access because something changed the PCTools firewall status. I turned both back on but only the AV updates started functioning. I've been through Grisoft's support and there is nothing there that helps me. This system has not been updated. Oh, the error tells me that it's not configured and I disabled and re-enabled, changed options etc. Any ideas? Thanks.
