I'll start taking bets, LOL. Who thinks I can convince Natasha to try 22 miles in a single day?

Or a team of alpacas, LOL

If it was just me, I think I could do it. But I don't think I want to push Tash this hard (or my marriage, LOL) just yet.

LOL Jo... that's probably what I'd get.

Oh, and Dave... the beach, well... there is no beach. It's cliff and rock. We actually decided to take that route once (only over on the Big Island). On a rank of scary stuff... that was somewhere between the world's tallest roller coaster and being chased by the Scream character with a knife. Especially when I had to cross a recent landslide from the cliff 2000 feet above me. I will NEVER do that again.

I think you'll regret it if you don't try, even if your wife isn't up to the challenge. 22 miles is quite a hike for one day, definitely doable, but you'll be stiff and tired the following day lol I say go for it smilenod thumbsup

I think we're going to hit the trail around sunrise and hike as far as we can... turn back when we know we'll need the remaining time before sunset to return. If we get close, we can probably speed up and make it. If not, we'll enjoy what we can do.

We're doing an 11 mile hike the day before, so that'll be a nice warm-up. That hike is literally 3000 foot above the hike at the coast, overlooking it.
