Unusual problem here. At my church, we have a Sony Laptop with a standard VGA connection port. I have a splitter cable that is connecting a crt monitor on one end, and a video projector on the other end.
laptop screen----then crt monitor and projector, so I have 3 displays going on. works great.
Heres the problem, We just got a flat panel 15 inch monitor to replace the crt. When I hook it up, it doesnt work, gives a message that it cannot use the analog source.
How do I get a digital source?

So your new flat panel has a VGA input? If so, try changing the video output settings on the laptop, maybe they are out of spec for the flat panel (try setting it to 1024x768, 60hz). The only way you might be able to make it "digital" would be to get a VGA-DVI adapter. Don't know why you'd need that though.
