Here's the problem ...
I have an address book filled full of people I am trying to buy product from. I call one and move onto the next after typing in what was said (IE: Left message, talked to wife, set up appointment, call at noon, etc)

Sometimes someone will call me back and say "Hi, this is Jim from Downtown you left a message?" I need to be able to quickly find out who the hell Jim is, and what was said.

I also need to be able to track the time and date and what was said per company and be able to add contacts to that company. Like 10/10/07 7am Left Message, 10/10/07 12:31pm Talked to Nancy said call John at 555-222-1111 and now have under that company John and Nancy and both their numbers.

Basicly I need something that lets me add contacts, companys, and info to each new call and then shows me the next person to call and the history of those call per person/company.

I'm not making sales calls, I'm making buying calls, but I am buying from 100's of company's that range from 1 person to 1000's of people, I need to pretend that I remember everything we spoke and everything they can offer me.

Notepad, scrapes of paper, and excel just are not cutting it anymore. I need something powerful and am almost willing to pay a programmer to make it! I prefer a nice easy to use GUI with a powerful search function and alphabetizer.


Anyone know what software that would be or someone I should talk too to have it made?
