you should try a triathlon, my mum does them and usually comes in as 3rd vet

i nearly did a very short one once, but i think i'll stick to my little 5k cross country runs.

Results are in (not that mine are much to brag about, lol)
But all in all, considering its been 20 years. Im pretty happy
with the results. And considerings its out of 5-8 k people
(even though there were 13k+ entries, figure not all were in the 100mi)
