Problem with VistaBootPRO. It can't find Vista.

I've just installed VistaBootPRO IN Vista. I've downloaded all windows updates available for Vista. I'm running Vista Ultimate x64.

When I open VistaBootPRO, I get this message:

VistaBootPRO has detected that Vista is either not installed or is installed on a hidden drive. You may experience minor problems using VistaBootPRO and/or making changes to your BCD Registry


Has anyone else here ever experienced this? How do I fix this?
