Dual boot screen comes up now even after I have deleted this software. How can I go back to a normal Vista boot so I don't have to choose one.
I even restored an earlier registry but it still offers dual operating choice and don't want that .

The easiest way would be to install VistaBootPro 3.2, then in Manage OS Entries select the operating system you want to remove, click the big red X on the side, and click apply updates
Reboot to make sure it worked and then you can uninstall VBP
