I have XP and Vista installed on separate drives. When I enable Norton Goback (alters MBR?), I can still boot into XP using the Vista boot manager but when I select to boot vista it cannot find autocheck file and keeps reseting the computer.

Is there a way of using Vistabootpro to take into acount the actions of backup/recovery software that load before windows starts?

With norton Goback disabled I can boot into XP or Vista without any problems.

Any help appreciated.

I'm afraid that is not within the scope or abilities of the program. Thats an interesting problem you have there and at least you have found a means of booting to both. I guess the problem arises because Goback does not provide support for Vista at this stage
