Speaking of which......(Certifications) I haven't heard a thing about what certs will be available for Vista/Longhorn....... not ONE thing....

I don't suppose you will until the actual release version have been finalised. No point setting out a Certification plan for a product who's final features haven't been decided on yet.

Wait until they're released, you'll undoubtedly see something shortly afterwards.
