Very nice! Where in Maine were you? I used to live there in a boarding school for 3 years in Kennebunkport. I loved the aroma coming from the harbour at low tide. sick lol It's a very nice area and people were great! smilenod

They are in my gallery, that's where they are showing from. I used some html, the thumbnail pictures the gallery makes, and the full size pictures which all the thumbnails link to.

We went to Jonesport Maine, a small fishing town. My Dad was born there and there are lots of relatives there from years ago. There are lots of Alley's there, my last name, and we all came from the same settler that settled on Great Wass Island which you can drive to. His house is still there and that's quite impressive given it's been there a real long time. I guess I am about the seventh generation since him, he was John Alley from England I believe. We have our own bay named after our family name, Alley's Bay, it's pictured in a few pics above. I have better descriptions of what each pic is in the gallery.

And to tell you the truth the Maine Coastline is so protected by islands that it's actually hard to find any surf up there unless you really feel like riding a boat or driving a long ways. lol
