Get this... I just checked -- other than minor changes in the comments, cdrom.inf on win2k3svr and longhorn are identical!

This is enough to drive you crazy! I mean, geez! I installed the OS from this drive!

No... I was just saying how ridiculous that was that the files are the same and yet LH doesn't recognize the drive and Win2k3Svr does. We're no closer to a solution. :-)

I'll keep brainstorming...

So did you try copying the cdrom.inf?
