Hi! smilenod

I try install a Antivirus (Panda Platinum 7) in longhorn
But he says is "incompatibily"(I am portuguese) with longhorn or something like that.

did you know some antivirus compatibily with longhorn?

can Î be afected by a virus or a hacker using lonhorg?

try at download.com and search for AVG it should work

Unless you have a computer that is 2gh or faster you should not run a antivirus programs, because longhorn already takes up an huge amout of memory.

You could always try setting the compatibility to "XP" in the properties dialog for the setup/installation application. Just to note, there are a few anti-virus incompatibilities with Longhorn. I personally use Kerio Personal Firewall along with it's anti-virus protection, which works extremely well with LH's networking incompatibilities/booboos.

I have not tested Panda Platinum 7 in LH yet, but my suggestion is if the tweaking of running the compatibility emulator in LH doesn't work on the setup application, then just try an entirely new anti-virus software.

NOD32 is one antivirus program that works well with longhorn,if installed in w2k/xp compatible mode

thans very very very very much i installed AVG 7 and he detected 2 trojans and 1 virus.
