does anyone know what the phpbb code is for striking through a word or sentence as if one has crossed it out?

I tried [-]this[/-] with no effect as you can see. Here's a pic of what I want to achieve if I haven't made myself clear:

I don't think we have that bbcode installed. Another perk of phpbb3 is that you can make your own bbcode.

But you can do it in html, at least until we switch. For example just enter the word "strike" in brackets before and after the word.
