Road Trip - Euro Style


Graphic adventure fans have been through a bit of famine since Escape from Monkey Island graced our monitors back in November 2000. GMX Media hopes to bring a little joy back into our lives with the release of Runaway: A Road Adventure.

Players take control of Brian, a student on the verge of graduation who is mysteriously targetted by the Mafia. In his desperate attempt to escape their clutches, Brian must untangle a web of intrigue by visiting over 100 locations and interacting with 30 colorful characters.

Runaway uses a mixture of 2D and 3D cartoon graphics, alongside the point-and-click puzzling elements that made Monkey Island an institution. The game has already been a massive success in Europe, and in the meantime, you can find out more here
