Hey there branbo...
I haven't read the Sacket books...but I do have the movies...Ah...Texas...neat place...spent 3 1/2 years living in the "Hill Country"...south of Austin...and west of San Antonio..."LOVED"...seeing those cowboys in tight jeans, hat and boots...twas pleasing to the eye... :lalala ...I loved Texas...just couldn't take that 3 digit heat anymore...NC mountains are much more appealing to me...

My favourite is absolutely London, UK. But here's a few of the other places I've been to:
Hurghada, Egypt
Cairo, Egypt
Agadir, Morocco
Eilat, Israel
Jordan
Greece
Crete
Most of the Canary Islands
Portugal
Stockholm, Sweden
Södertälje, Sweden
San Francisco, California
Tallinn, Estonia
Marmaris, Turkey
Alanya, Turkey

Jan, that's a pretty awesome list bud.
Ang I'm sorry you don't get to travel more than you do. Maybe one day when the kids are grown... Then the real fun will start for the traveling years.

I'm not worried about it. It's just the way the cards were dealt to me.
Maybe the next life

now Texas i would like to see, the closest i've come is to drink Lone Star ha ha i think its only a 4 or 5 day drive, so what do the cowgirls have on in that 3 digit heat. the only place i've gone in the last 4 yrs is to the cottage on a great lake about 1.5 hrs away so its time for a trip if the exchange rate gets better (Cdn Paso).
hay mac Rosyth thats the spelling, i was a cast member in the sova scotia Tattoo for 2 yrs, the guy who puts it on goes to the Edinburgh Military Tatoo every yr to get acts, he said its the biggest and best
