now Texas i would like to see, the closest i've come is to drink Lone Star ha ha i think its only a 4 or 5 day drive, so what do the cowgirls have on in that 3 digit heat. the only place i've gone in the last 4 yrs is to the cottage on a great lake about 1.5 hrs away so its time for a trip if the exchange rate gets better (Cdn Paso).
hay mac Rosyth thats the spelling, i was a cast member in the sova scotia Tattoo for 2 yrs, the guy who puts it on goes to the Edinburgh Military Tatoo every yr to get acts, he said its the biggest and best

As little as possible without getting arrested... lol ...just like FL...my original home state... smilenod ...Texas is a really neat state...so diverse in topography...from the beach to the mountains...desert to pine forest...and the people in general...the most friendly I have experienced so far...always looking for a reason to have a celebration...high on the list is a cookout...large scale of course...brisket & beer... lol

I have not traveled out of the country as of yet...but I have managed to travel through...spend time in...or live in 38 of our 50 states...All which I have done on my own...alone...or at the most with a large ferocious looking dog... tongue ...and all within the last 10 years... smilenod

Most of the staff here has already heard my story of hitting 40...going middle age crazy...gave away my book store...gave up my condominium...sold my gorgeous oriental furniture...and gave away the majority of my possessions...bought a 3/4 ton pickup truck and a 32' 5th wheel...left south FL and took off for Montana...then on to traveling where ever my imagination and wheels would take me...being an artist I was able to work most of my way around the country working arts & crafts shows...ahhhh...the life of footloose and fancyfree...It was my lifelong dream to see this beautiful country...no way I was going to miss out on that one...So happy I did it...had a ball...and met some of the most interesting people of my life...I'm not done yet...There's still more to see...whenever the mood hits... wink2
