I would like to remove Desktop Sidebar Build 108 from the list. It does install and it does work for awhile, but at some point it locks up due to an incompatibility with DWM.

I worked on it for hours and it only caused problems.

I have not tried older builds of DS as of yet.

My experience wasn't as fortunate. After several failed attempts to install, Vista offered to install it using "recommended settings." That did work, but on the next startup - after everything was loaded - there was zero response from Vista, and both CPU and HD were idle saywhat

I had a similar experience as well. But I think Julian posted a "workaround" somewhere. It was for v8.0.

I do have a "special" copy of the eTrust, which may account for some of the differences in our experiences ... sad
