Works, but with some issues

CA eTrust Antivirus v8.0 - Installs and runs, but won't update

The eTrust AV upgrade function requires that you at first manually fetch the relevant upgrades from the Computer Associates website. Once this has been done, automatic update does work.

This is NOT Vista-specific, it's an issue with the software itself smilenod

The software actually works exactly as designed in Vista, both x86 and x64 smilenod

The version I'm using is CA eTrust Antivirus v7.1, and it works just as well in Vista (both x86 and x64) as in all other Windows versions. smilenod

This is an AV program designed for Windows Server versions and for Network Administrators, and is therefore more complicated to deploy than comparable Client AVs --- even NOD32... wink

Does not work right now:
Avant Browser - The tabs are unreadable, there is no "scroll bar", and not everything "fits" in the screen, which I haven't been able to figure out yet how to scroll right. No option for that

Same problem with Slimbrowser; screen stretches to the right and no way to make it fit or get over there to see what's chopped off

Anyone know of an alternative browser (To IE 7) that works well in Vista???

Ok, now that I've loaded the nVidia "updated" video driver, FF will not work properly either, but it did before I loaded the newer video driver............. I'm not reverting to the older driver, I like the view I have currently.......lol
