You don't need to install PHP yourself, only a webhoster can do it on his/her servers. What do you want to do with your website/PHP?
BTW: On the first two sites listed, you will find in the hosting tables also if a webhost has PHP enabled. I can recomment 100Webspace.com ( http://www.100webspace.com/ )

I also recommend 100webspace.com. I use them and they only have a tiny little ad, smallest ad I've seen for a free host. I know nothing at all about php and have no clue how to use but I know the support it and maybe I'll look into it some time of what I actually have to do to use it.

My brother has them and I would ask him how it is but he doesn't use it. Infact he has two free webhosts and he doesn't use either one because he is so extremely lazy about making about doing any work at all and that includes making a website.

-I think they still offer a free option and if they do it is kind of hidden. I haven't used them in a while but when I did it was a great option.

I'm looking for a webhost with 750+mb. It doesnt even need a domain! all i need is to store an ISO file

One more thing. i found a great, ad-free host called www.freewebs.com Its great for noobs, with its own site editor, no HTML experience needed! Just Plug and play! Another few reconmendations, if you do get a website with www.thishostdoentgivedomains.com/blah/hello/letsreallypissyouoff/username/index.abc123sdhfsdhfsjdh i found a site that offers free domains. To get one just go to www.thenameyouwanttocallit.tk for your own .tk domain
