Maybe you may think they were unjustified. But is it your wife or brother that is still here because of justified defense of themselves. I personally don’t feel the need to have a gun or carry one myself, but wife packs a Ruger .38 semi automatic pistol. I don’t really care for having it in the house, but when she has to go out at night I’m glad she dose have it. So it all depends on who’s side your looking at it from, if you were the shootie, then I’m sure you ma feel it unjustified. But if you’re the shooter and it saved your neck, then there is probably a whole lot of justification. So its a point of view kind of thing, I’m guessing. I certainly don’t want someone else deciding that I’m not responsible enough to carry a gun. I do support the second amendment, I do support a individuals right to keep and bear arms.

so even though I’m not a "gun freak" hell I personally don’t even own a hand gun ( a few rifles and shotguns maybe, but NO hand guns) I don’t want someone else deciding weather or not I’m responsible enough(although persons that do carry guns should have to take courses as they do now, I’m not for revisiting the Old West)to carry a gun.
well thats MHO

ok, my two cents.

This guy should not worry what some two bit fast food chain is gonna do.

Sucks he lost his job, but I think the publicity from this will get him a better one.

He should fo after them for damages. He should noyt have been fired.

The reason why he emptied it all is beacuse the other guy wanted stop. So he thought he had to use all of the force. I am sure some of it comes from training.
