Its built into OS X.1 and 10.2. Sharing section of System Prefs.

Yes, I'm currently using that one but I'm looking for one that gives me more options. To create new users without having to have a new account on my computer. I think there might be a way using the CLI

I use Fetch 4.0.2. Good, solid program. I like the drag and drop.
