confused ive got to .DLL files what i DLOAD when i went on another site and these files running in the background and taking up my RAM. And as im putting LH4051 on it i will need all the RAM i can free up. Ive tried all the things i know what to do but cant get rid of the last to that eat up my RAM (with just these two running .DLL files im 304 of 512RAM). Any body got any ideas plz confused

are you running winxp or longhorn?,if you are installing longhorn unto another partition you are not likely to experience that said DLL problem.

i hope i understood your question right

Go to Start>Run>Msconfig
Check out the start tab at the top and see if there are any startup items that you can stop running at startup. Then look at the services tab and check the box that says "Hide All Microsoft Services". See if there are any programs there running that you don't recognize or don't want to run.
