Ok ive got the Netgear fa311 and was wondering what cheap card runs well under longhorn so i can replace this one and use longhorn a lot more as well as not having to keep switching machines just for the internet. As i beleive their is no fix for netgear card




Packard Bell Ixtreme 9805 P4 1.8 256mb ram with a 120gb ata-100 hd Nvidia geforce 2 mx/mx400 running Xp And Longhorn on 20 gb partion with better then expected results for a alpha build results .

Before you go out and buy a new NIC check these pages first.

Ive also heard that there are issues with Netgear cards and LH. I use 3com 3C905C-TX compatible cards in my machines and they have no issues in LH. They are under 50 bucks and should do the trick.
