hey guys, im fairly new to posting here, but i frequently come to read whats new. anyways, i have one of those patriot computers, you know, the hotwheels barbie kind? go ahead and laugh, everyone i know still gets a kick out of this machine. but anyways, heres the stats, celeron 500, 256 mbs ram,wd 7200 rpm 40 gig drive with 8 mb buffer. runs xp pro sweetly, not really a gameing computer but mor of a testing machine, and something for the gf . anyways, i was able to run 4015 ok, graphics were good, but still a slow machine with the recommended tweaks, i install 4051 and i know this machine has between 4 and 8 mbs of video ram, but it runs in 8 bit graphics and memory shows up as 1 mb, whats up? anyway, some how i have a sneaking suspicion that my machine is notworthy for this os? like i said, i can run xp very nicely with this machine, just not really meant for multi tasking, if you know what i mean. but good with office and everything like that. anyways, thats it, just thought id ask, thanks
