It talks about the 3D GUI in Longhorn also has some RealPlayer clips on what its like. I've seen them. Its CRAAzZY

Have you taken a look at the video demos on the Desktop Composition Engine? I really like it... although I really wouldn't want my desktop windows floating around everywhere!
