When you press Switch User on the Welcome screen, you cannot see your user account, so you cannot log on?

This problem will occur if you are using the Windows Classic style for Windows and button, and you have more user accounts than will fit. No scroll bar is displayed when using Fast User Switching.

To workaround this problem:

Use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys on your keyboard, or the wheel on your wheel mouse, to scroll through the list of user accounts.

After you log on, you can switch to Windows XP style for windows and buttons:

1. Use Control Panel / Display to select the Appearance tab.

2. Toggle to Windows XP style in the Windows and buttons drop-down list.

3. Press Apply and OK.
